My favorite recipe for Swedish meatballs nuzzled in a simple yet creamy brown gravy! Just like IKEA but only better. It’s so good you’ll wanna slurp it through a straw!
Ingredients
∙ Makes 5-7

1 1/4 lb Ground beef, lean

1/2 tsp All spice and garlic powder, ground
1 Buttered egg noodles or mashed potatoes
1 Onion, small

Canned Goods
1 3/4 cup Beef or chicken broth
Condiments
2 tsp Mustard
1 tbsp Oil and worcestershire sauce
Baking & Spices
2 tbsp Flour
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1 tsp Salt

2 slices Bread

5 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Milk
1/2 cup Sour cream
